So what does a slightly portly, middle-aged chef with a penchant for all things saucy (meaning relishes and sauces people, minds out of the gutter, hey!) do when a business idea pops into his head?
He does what any normal right-minded person would do, mull it over and over in his head, procrastinate on it for a few years, and then, in the middle of ole rona, decide that is the right time to start a business. So that is the sane thing to do, right??
The culmination of a few years of procrastination and overthinking on my behalf and a lot of help from some awesome individuals has resulted in Relish and Co, a small, premium condiments business that specialises in chilli and smoke to give some truly unique flavours to our range of savoury goodies.
So who is the person behind Relish and Co…..Meet Matt, a chef for the past 20 something years that has had the pleasure to work in some truly amazing cafes in and around the southern gold coast and tweed coast areas. Our hope is that you enjoy what we do as much as we enjoy doing it and hope to put a smile on your dial through our range of products and fun brand design.
